How we verify
Verified means a person checked.
Every employer goes through a manual security and business check by our admin team before they can post a job or view applicant details.
The process
Before a role goes live
- 01
Submit business details
Company and contact details.
- 02
Our team reviews
A person on our admin team checks the business and its security details.
- 03
Free-plan roles are reviewed
On the Free plan, every role is checked again before it goes live.
Verified Pro companies publish instantly.
- 04
Live, with a Verified mark
Your role is visible to VAs, and your company profile shows that you are verified.
After they go live
Checking does not stop at the door.
- 01
We track response times
Response metrics are recorded for every company.
- 02
Silence has a cost
No review of applications within 7 business days brings automated warnings.
- 03
Unresponsive employers are suspended
Unresponsive employers are temporarily suspended so VAs are not left waiting.
- 04
Anyone can report
Signed-in users can report any listing from its page, and the report goes to our team.
What Verified means, and what it does not
Means
- A person on our team reviewed the business and its security details.
- Free-plan roles are reviewed before going live. Approved Pro employers may publish instantly.
- The company is accountable for responding to applicants.
Does not mean
- A guarantee of any offer, pay or outcome.
- A reason to skip your own checks. Read the safety tips before you accept.
- Permission to ask you for money. Real employers never do.
Employer Pro never skips verification. Once a Pro company is verified, its roles publish instantly instead of waiting for review.
