EasyHire - Remote Internship Program

Qualifications:

- Current student or recent graduate in a related field
- At least one work sample to share (school projects are welcome)
- Reliable communication and a stable internet connection

This is an unpaid internship, and we want to be upfront about that. In return, we offer real experience, full support for your school requirements, and work you will be proud to show.

Full OJT support:
We will sign your school’s Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) and complete the documents your program requires, including endorsement forms, daily time records, and evaluations. We track your hours carefully so you finish your OJT requirement on time.

Certificate of Completion:
Interns who complete their agreed hours receive a Certificate of Completion (COC) from EasyHire VA Solutions, stating your track, your role, and the total hours you rendered.

Letter of recommendation:
Interns who perform well can request a recommendation letter, written by the person who worked with you directly and based on the work you actually delivered.

Real work for your portfolio:
There is no busywork here. Depending on your track, you will create content for our launch, design screens for our hiring platform, or build features in our live codebase. Everything you make is yours to feature in your portfolio, with full credit.

Direct mentorship:
You will work closely with our founding engineer, get regular feedback on your output, and see how product, design, and growth decisions are made inside an early-stage startup.

Fully remote and flexible:
Work from anywhere in the Philippines, on a schedule that fits around your classes. No commute, no travel costs.

EasyHire is preparing to go public. You will help bring it to market, and your work will help Filipino virtual assistants find employers they can trust.
